- Go to https://downloads.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/products
- Select your Country
- Then, select your Product, Edition, and Version(please see the below screenshot)
- Click Search
- On the next window click on Download
- Depending on your internet speed, the download setup may take some time to complete.
- Once completed, click on QuickBooksPOSVXX to start installing the software
- If asks, click Yes to allow user control permissions
- On the Installation Wizard, click on Next
- Choose I accept the terms in the license agreement
- Click Next
- Now enter your QuickBooks Point of Sale License and Product Number
- Then click, Next
- Choose the Setup Options according to your store requirement Only this Computer or Two or more computers
Only this Computer states that the current computer on which you’re installing QB POS will be the one and only computer to run it and additional computers can be added in the future.
Two or more computers state that the current computer and at least one more computer will be running QB POS.
- Click Next
- Click Install to begin the Installation
- Once the installation is completed, click on Finish to launch QuickBooks Point of Sale on your system.
It starts to check for new updates, we recommend you to click on Check Now and if updates are available choose Update Now and click OK
